When it comes to quick, delicious, and protein-packed meals, my #GetLean Oatmeal Pancakes are a go-to favorite. With just three ingredients, you can whip these up in minutes and enjoy a healthy breakfast or post-workout snack that keeps you fueled and satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
  • Optional: Fresh fruit of your choice

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine the oats and egg whites directly in the skillet. Let the mixture absorb and form a pancake.
  3. Flip the pancake once the bottom is golden brown and cook the other side.
  4. Add a tablespoon of peanut butter on top, cover the skillet with a lid briefly to warm the peanut butter, and spread it easily.
  5. Top with your favorite fresh fruits, and you’re ready to enjoy!
